Your happiness matters! If you buy something and for any reason it doesn't work, bring it back! Defective products, pet doesn't like it, you don't like it, upset stomach, smells funny, doesn't fit, etc. It's all ok, you can bring it back.
- Customers in the customer database do not need a receipt for returns.
- Refunds with a receipt or a computerized transaction record will be given in the form of store credit or via the original payment method (your choice).
- If you aren't in the database, or we can't find a record of the sale, and you don't have your receipt, refunds will be given in the form of store credit.
- Returns of any items after 60 days will be given in the form of store credit.
- If there has been a price change since you purchased the item, refund/credit will be given for the price you paid, not the current price, unless there is no receipt or record of the sale. If there is no receipt or record of the sale, the refund/credit will be made at the current sale price.
